To get the “A Presence I’ve Not Felt Since…” trophy / achievement you will have to find and wear the Poncho. To do this go to the Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Fort Kah’in meditation point. From there, grapple up to the hole on the side of the building on the right. Here, go straight then left at the first fork. You will soon come to a metal door on the floor with enemies around it. Stand on it and it will open. You will then fall down to a pit with one of the legendary enemies. After defeating it, you will find the Poncho in the chest.
