There are a total of 3 Battle Flags & 2 Marking Flags in the “Shadow Of The Sacred Mountain” sub mission. Here are the locations.
Battle Flag #1. Found in plain sight at the start of the mission.
Battle Flag #2. Go to the end of the river and take the path on the left to get to a pagoda. You will find the flag on your right.
Marking Flag #1. Continue down the path behind the previous battle flag to find this flag.
Battle Flag #3. Go past the previous flag and take the next path on your left (do not go past this battle flag or you will start the boss fight).
Marking Flag #2. From the previous flag, turn around and then go left. Take the hill in front of you to find the flag on the rock.
