There are 3 Battle Flags & 3 Marking Flags that can be found in the Village of Calamity mission. Here are the locations.
Battle Flag #1. In plain sight just after the first village.
Marking Flag #1. Just after the previous flag, on top of a rock you have to use to jump over the flames.
Marking Flag #2. At the end of the rocks you use to jump over the flames.
Battle Flag #2. In plain sight just after the previous flag.
Marking Flag #3. After fighting your first undead enemies, you will go up a hill. Stick to the right to find the flag.
Battle Flag #3. In plain sight at the top of the hill. You will have to defeat the enemy leader first.
