Battle Flag #1. At the start of the mission in plain sight.
Marking Flag #1. Just after the first flag, you will head in to a courtyard on your left. Here go to the end and then left to find the flag in the barn.
Batttle Flag #2. In plain sight just before you go underground.
Marking Flag #2. As soon as you climb down to the underground, head through the hall to the right. The flag will be on the other side of the room.
