This guide will show you where to find every Scout Bot in Metroid Prime 4. You can find 1 in each of the main regions. Once activated, these will show you the location of the collectibles you are missing in that region. To activate them, you will first need to Scan them > Hit them with a Thunder Shot > Scan them again. Here are the locations.
Fury Green. In the side area to the right, close to the start of the level.
Volt Forge. On your left at the bottom of Tower 2.
Ice Belt. In the open area at the start of the region.
Flare Pool. Behind some boulards at the back of the big open area with lava close to the start.
Grand Mines. Just outside the elevator room on Level 3.
Sol Valley. On a lone island near the south-west corner of the desert, which you can reach by scanning the invisible platforms.
