This guide will show you where to find all 22 Ema (Character Upgrades) in Silent Hill f.

There are 22 Ema or Character Upgrades in Silent Hill f. These can be used at shrines to upgrade Max HP, Max Stamina, and Max Sanity, and to unlock more Omamori slots. Each upgrade will cost you more faith. Some Emas will require you to be in NEW GAME+.
Ema #1. Ebisugaoka Second Visit. In front of the house opposite the Shrine just before the fields.
Ema #2. Ebisugaoka Second Visit. Follow the path straight after the shrine instead of turning left towards Shu to find it in the courtyard.
Ema #3. Corridors. Next to the locked door in the southwestern corner.
Ema #4. Ebisugaoka Third Visit. After going through the house and seeing a new enemy type, cross the small bridge on the left and follow the path to the end.
Ema #5. Worship Hall. In the western area, after opening the main door. You will find it on your left down the hall after using the first colour switch in this area.
Ema #6. Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit. After you come to the locked gate, you will go through an area with corpses and trees. The Ema can be found in this area near a tree.
Ema #7. Main Hall. After the 3rd ritual, you will be able to get rid ofthe walls with papers on them. Go to the one in the western part of the area and hold L2 to traverse the wall, where you will find the Ema in the room on the other side.
Ema #8. Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit. At the truck, go down the street to the left to find the Ema at the end.
Ema #9. Shimizu Residence II. Found in one of the southern rooms.
Ema #10. Shimizu Residence III. At the end of the hall.
Ema #11. Ebisugaoka Sixth Visit. Go to the truck that was blocking the street and take a right to find it on a barrel.
Ema #12. Ebisugaoka First Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). After the Shrine, go down the stairs and look right to find a box. The upgrade can be found inside.
Ema #13. Shrine Path (NEW GAME+ ONLY). In the new area to the southeast.
Ema #14. Ebisugaoka Second Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Found in a little garden opposite the shrine.
Ema #15. Ebisugaoka Third Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Take the path on the left just after the shrine, then go behind the building to find the ema.
Ema #16. Worship Hall (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Go through the gap in the wall in the western area to find the ema in the room on the other side.
Ema #17. Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). On a small shrine next to the pagoda.
Ema #18. Main Hall (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Go through the door and up the stairs in the southeast of the main area, then up the stairs again. Here, you can press L2 to reveal a fake wall. On the other side, open the door to reach the temple area. Here, follow the path up to the temple to find the Ema inside.
Ema #19. Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Inside a box in the small courtyard to the north of the park you go through.
Ema #20. Shimizu Residence I (NEW GAME+ ONLY). Inside a box in the room in the middle of the house.
Ema #21. Treasure Hall (NEW GAME+ ONLY). After getting the first 2 seals, go through the door on the right of the main painting room. Then go through the Inari-Sama door on your right to find the Ema inside.
Ema #22. Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit (NEW GAME+ 2 ONLY). After a forced fight, go up the stairs and take the path to your right to find the Ema on a rock near a Jizu statue.
