To solve the portrait puzzle in the Shimizu Residence, you will first have to find the Portrait of Hinako around the house (which can normally be found in the second version of the Shimizu Residence) and then place it on the wall in the same room as the other portraits. You will then have to rotate them to the correct position. This will change depending on what ending you are going for. Here are the solutions.
Ending 1. All portraits should be upright except for Hinako’s.
Ending 2. Portrait of Hinako and Portrait of her parents should be upright, and the rest upside down.
Ending 3. Portrait of Hinako and Portrait of Shu and Sakuko uprigh,t and the rest upside down.
Ending 4. Only the portrait of Hinako is upright. The rest should be upside down.
