There are a total of 6 Inventory upgrades, allowing you to carry more things in Silent Hill f. Some will require you to reach New Game+.
Inventory Upgrade #1 - Shoulder Bag. Ebisugaoka Second Visit. In the courtyard with a tree to the north east of the store.
Inventory Upgrade #2 - School Bag. Ebisugaoka Middle School. In Suga Yosie’s Locker in the Locker Room. You can open it with code 505.
Inventory Upgrade #3 - Dirty Drawstring Bag. Main Hall. On your way back from the second ritual, you will see some stairs going up and some stairs going down. Head up the stairs to find the upgrade on some shelves.
Inventory Upgrade #4 - Furoshiki. Shimizu Residence III. Inside the kitchen of the 3rd version of the house.
Inventory Upgrade #5 - Packing Tips. Ebisugaoka First Visit (NEW GAME+ ONLY). In the very first house after the first shrine of the game. This building will only be open in NEW GAME+. Go inside and up the stairs to get the balcony key. Go out to the balcony and use the key to open the door to your right. Inside, you can find the upgrade in the form of a book.
Inventory Upgrade #6 - Embroidered Drawstring Bag. Corridors (NEW GAME+ ONLY). In NG+ you will now be able to open the door in the western area. Inside you will find the final upgrade.
