To get 100% of Metroid Prime 4, you will have to collect every type of collectible in the game. Most of them will be upgrades like the story progression skills, along with a few optional ones. Then you have the traditional Energy Tanks (HP upgrades), Missile Expansions, Shot Expansions, Vi-O-La boost expansions and Psychic Bomb Expansions. Finally, you will also have to scan everything possible in the compendium. This last one can be annoying since there are missable scans in the game.
