The Hot Springs are a type of collectible in Ghost Of Yotei. These will raise your Max HP, making them one of the more valuable collectibles in the game. These are also one of the three collectibles needed to get the “Body, Mind and Spirit” trophy. None are missable and they can all be obtained after finishing the main story.
