To get the “From One Ghost To Another” trophy, you will have to find the Storm Blade (Jin’s sword from Ghost Of Tsushima). You can do this by finishing the “The Storm Blade” Mythic Tale. You can start this at the Forgotten Shrine in Oshima Coast. The quest is straightforward, and you will get to see a few interesting things about how Jin’s story ended.
Close to the end of the side quest you will get the Storm Blade and the trophy.
