Hot Springs are a type of collectible in Nioh 3. Bathing in them will heal you and give you a small buff. Finding them all will get you the Spa Lover trophy. There are a total of 26, none are missable and they can all be obtained after finishing the main story.
1572 CE - Warring States
Hot Springs #1. In the Tokaido region, go through the cave next to the Cape Cavern shrine. Then, continue down the path to the end to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Springs #2. In the Enemy Base in the Maisaka region. Jump from the ledge to the house window. Then go through it and come out the other side to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Springs #3. In the Maisaka region. In the cave, start at the Rimstone Pool shrine and drop down to the area below. Then as you climb the platforms, stick to the left and look for a gap. In the pool below go through the hole to find the Hot Springs.
Hot Springs #4. Found in the Use a positive (blue) gesture in front of the Nurikabe to the right of the area just before the boss door.
Hot Springs #5. Inside the Crucible in the Mikatagahara region. From the Hoda Slope Bodhisattva Statue, continue through to the next area and go right as soon as possible. Then go to the end to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Springs #6. Found in the Lake Hamana region. From the Main Keep shrine, continue around the left of the next building until you can go inside. Then open the door on your left to find the Hot Springs.
Hot Springs #7. Found in the Iinoya region. Perform a negative (red) gesture in front of the Nurikabe. The Hot Springs can be found on the other side.
Hot Springs #8. In the Futamata Road region. Go through the gap in the wall on the left just before the gate to find the Hot Springs.
Hot Springs #9. Found in the Futamata region. From the Defensive Gate shrine, turn around and go back down the stairs. Then at the bottom go through the fake wall at the left end of the white wall.
1190 CE - Heian
Hot Springs #10. Found in the Kamo Village region. Use the Spirit Vein and then drop down to the Hot Springs.
Hot Springs #11. Found in the Funaokayama region.
Hot Springs #12. Found in a small cave to the right of the Spirt Vein in the Segano region.
Hot Springs #13. In the Segano region. As you make your way through the cave on the cliffsides. In the corridor with the first boulder trap, look for an entrance on the left where you will find the Hot Springs.
Hot Springs #14.Obtained automatically during the Putrid Paradise side quest in the Hachijo region.
Hot Springs #15. Found behind the Nurikabe in the Hachijo region. Use a negative gesture (red).
Hot Spings #16. Found at the end of the Rokujara region.
Hot Springs #17. Found in the Palace Grounds story Crucible. After the second Bodhisattva Statue, continue past the crystals you have to break and then in the next area with “ice” on the ground, go left and climb onto the roof with a hole in it. Drop down the hole to find the Hot Spring.
247 CE - Antiquity
To replay this area, you will have to select the The Spirit Tree Village & the Dark Roots Battle Scrolls.
Hot Spring #18. On your left, once you get to the bottom of the Spirit Tree. In the area with the red liquid on the ground.
1622 CE - Return To Edo
No Hot Springs in this region.
1864 CE - Bakumatsu
Hot Spring #19. Found in the Shimabara region. From the central courtyard in the main building, enter the room in the north-western corner. Then follow this path to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring #20. Found in the Sanjo story Crucible. Break the boxes covering the hole in the house to the right of the Honnji Temple: Temple Lodgings Bodhisattva Statue.
Hot Spring #21. Found in the Kiyomizu region.
Hot Spring #22. Found in the Kiyomizu region. Continue through the area until you get to the place shown in the image below. Here, drop down to your right just before you jump over a gap. Defeat the Wraith next to the Hot Spring to use it.
Hot Spring #23. Found in the Sharakawa region. Go down the path to the left of the gate.
Hot Spring #24. Found on the far left side of the Nijo Castle region. To get to this area, you must come from the Mibu Main Gate shrine in the Mibu region.
Hot Spring #25. Found in the story Crucible in the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Just after the shortcut that takes you back to the second Bodhisattva Statue, take the Spirit Vein up to the building. In this room, look for a Nurikabe. Use a positive gesture (blue) for it to move. Then take the path up to the left on the other side.
1622 CE - Final Battle Of Edo

Hot Spring #26. From the Edo Castle: Keep Watchtower Bodhisattva Statue, look right and go through the opening. Then drop down and use the Spirit Vein to get to the Hot Springs.
