To get the Dung Ball Roller trophy, you will have to give Tatsumaro 30 Dung Balls. This guide will show you how to do this.
Step 1. Talk to Tatsumaro in 1190 CE - Heian > Hachijo and finish the Purtrid Paradise side quest. This will get him to move to the Eternal Rift.
Step 2. You will now have to give him 30 Dung Balls. Normal Dung Balls count as 1, and Noble Dung Balls count as 2. You can loot them from specific shiny spots around the world, but you can also farm the Normal Dung Balls. To do this, you will want to defeat Gaki Chief enemies. These are the giant yokai with crystals on their ankles. These can drop Dung Balls. They can be somewhat rare, so I recommend equipping anything that gives you luck and the Kappa Souls Core.
A Great place to farm Gaki Chiefs is the Dark Roots Story Battle Scroll. You will come across 2 on the main path when crossing the bridge next to the second shortcut lift, and then another one once you reach the bottom area with red liquid on the floor. To get the last one to spawn, you will have to go between the statues, and it will drop down behind you. Once you defeat all 3, go to System > Return From Mission and then repeat. If you are in the end game, you can also try the Crucible Tour battle scroll. In this scroll, one of the first enemies that appears is a Gaki Chief.
Step 3. Once you have the 30 Dung Balls/Noble Dung Balls, you can find Tatsumaro by dropping down the hole behind the blacksmith. After giving him the Dung Balls you will get the trophy and the key to open the gate in the room above the blacksmith.
