Here you can find the locations of all 92 Kodamas in Nioh 3. These are small green friendly Yokai that you have to find and interact with. None are missable, and you can free roam after finishing the game. Finding them all will get you the Kodama Leader trophy.
1622 CE - Edo
No Kodama in this region
1572 CE - Warring States
Tenryu River (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #1. Inside the house. Go through the hole in the roof.
Kodama #2. On top of the rocks.
Kodama #3. It will appear next to the chest after clearing the enemy camp.
Kodama #4. On top of the tower.
Tokaido (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #5. On a tree trunk.
Kodama #6. Appears next to the chest behind the house after clearing the enemy camp.
Kodama #7. On a small platform in the water.
Hamamtsu (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #8. In the house.
Kodama #9. Use the ladder to find the Kodama on the roof.
Kodama #10. In the well, hit the rock for the bucket to come up.
Kodama #11. On some hay in the corner. Use the wooden platforms to reach it.
Maisaka (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #12. In the hut.
Kodama #13. From the Chamber of Enlightenment shrine, continue through the cave until you go through a small hole. On the other side of the hole, turn around to find the Kodama above you.
Kodama #14. From the Rimstone Pool shrine, turn around and take the upper path. Continue until you jump across some platforms with water on them. Then take the left path just before the Spirit Vein to find the Kodama at the end.
Kodama #15. From the Rimstone Pool shrine, drop down to the area below with all the rock formations and go to the right to find the Kodama at the end.
Lake Sanaru (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #16. Behind the cart at the end of the right path.
Kodama #17. On a small wooden boat behind the large boat.
Kodama #18. Will appear in front of the chest after clearing the enemy base.
Kodama #19. Follow the Scampus to the top of the hill and then jump to the platform at the end to find the Kodama behind the rock.
Mikatagahara (6 Kodamas)
Kodama #20. Take the upper path on the rocks to the left all the way to the end.
Kodama #21. Go through the destroyed building and follow the path on the left.
Kodama #22. Climb the rocks to find the Kodama on top.
Kodama #23. On a ledge below the cliff.
Kodama #24. From the Main Hall shrine, turn around and use the wooden platforms to reach it.
Kodama #25. From the Main Hall shrine, continue to the cliffside and drop onto the top of the gate where you will find the Kodama.
Kodama #26. In the courtyard to the left of the boss door.
Hamamatsu Hill (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #27. Appears infront of the chest in a house after clearing the enemy base.
Kodama #28. On the side of the area with the cage in the middle.
Kodama #29. On the side of the cliff after going through the temple area. To open this area, you will have to finish the Fated Lands Side Quest in the Iinoya region and then start the Ii’s Memento side quest, where you will get the key.
Lake Hamana (1 Kodama)
Kodama #30. From the Main Keep shrine, continue around the left and go through the building. After coming out the other side, go to the right and pick up the key from the corpse. Then return to the underground area before the shrine and use the key to open the door where the Kodama can be found.
Iinoya (10 Kodamas)
Kodama #31. First get the Pagoda key from the corpse after finishing the Lesser Crucible. Then open the door next to the shrine and go around the right side of the pagoda to climb the tree where you will find the Kodama.
Kodama #32. On the right side of the path going to the eastern area.
Kodama #33. Behind the house in the village. To enter this village you will have to start the Those Who Live In The Shadows side quest that can be found in this same region close to the Omomiji Junction shrine.
Kodama #34. On top of the rocks in the middle of the path.
Kodama #35. In the corner behind some boxes.
Kodama #36. In the second building you go through at the temple.
Kodama #37. After going through the first few rooms of the temple, you will go back outside. Stick to the left and climb the platforms on the cliffside to reach the Kodama.
Kodama #38. After the previous Kodama, go around the left of the building with the ladder inside and go through the small hole at the end to find the Kodama.
Kodama #39. Enter the building with the ladder and exit through the top floor. After crossing to the main temple rooftop, go around the right side and go to the end.
Kodama #40. Under the small bridge.
Futamata Road (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #41. Behind the house on the left of the path.
Kodama #42. Go left after crossing the bridge.
Kodama #43. Take the path around the right of the lake to find it on some roots over the top of the path.
Futamata (7 Kodamas)
Kodama #44. On the other side of the rooft of the small building.
Kodama #45. Around the left side of the building.
Kodama #46. Behind a fake blockage aroundthe side of the building.
Kodama #47. In a cubicle behind a fake wall.
Kodama #48. Go around the right side of the building where you fight the mini boss.
Kodama #49. Go over the destroyed building and drop down the other side. Then go under the debris to find the Kodama.
Kodama #50. On top of the building where the previous Kodama was.
1190 CE - Heian
Mount Kurama (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #51. At the top of the stairs next to the roots.
Kodama #52. Perform a negative gesture (red) to open the Nurikabe in the house. Then climb the ladder and find the Kodama on the roof.
Kodama #53. Drop off to the right of a small shrine.
Kamo Village (2 Kodamas)
Kodama #54. Take the path to the left of the Lesser Crucible to find the Kodama at the end.
Kodama #55. Behind the building.
Funaokayama (1 Kodama)
Kodama #56. To the left of the temple entrance, you have to clear an Enemy Base. To reach this area, approach from the right and go through the Nurikabe.
Sagano (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #57. On the lower part of the wooden bridge.
Kodama #58. On the rock close to a small building. You can get to it by jumping onto the roof of this building.
Kodama #59. On the side of one of the rock platforms.
Kodama #60. Behind a rock on your right as you go through the icy river area (story path).
Nishiichi (1 Kodama)
Kodama #61. On the roof, behind the temple.
Awawa No Tsuji (1 Kodama)
Kodama #62. Behind the pagoda.
Hachijo (5 Kodamas)
Kodama #63. On the left side of the temple.
Kodama #64. In a hidden room behind a sheet of paper.
Kodama #65. Hit the rock on the well.
Kodama #66. On the large rooftop.
Kodama #67. Climb the red tower to find it at the top.
Rokuhara (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #68. Behind a rock.
Kodama #69. On the large roof you cross on the main path.
Kodama #70. Just before the courtyard outside the boss door, go left and jump across the rooftops to find the kodama on the large building.
247 CE - Antiquity

1864 CE - Bakumastsu
Shimabara (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #71. Once you arrive at the main street, go down the alley on your left. Then go to the end and climb the boxes to get to the roof above the alley.
Kodama #72.In a small house on your right at the end of the street.
Kodama #73. From the main courtyard in the middle of the large building, take the southern hall. Then, before the stairs, go left to find the Kodama.
Kodama #74. Fo this one you will need to use the cannon found on the upper area on the other side of the street (in the Shichijo region) to destroy the crystals blocking the gate. To use the cannon you will first have to finish the Beast Of The Underworld Battle Scroll found in the Shichijo region.
Shichijo (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #75. Next to the chest that unlocks once you clear the enemy base.
Kodama #76. Double jump up to the second floor of the building and then walk along the wall on the right to find the Kodama on the roof.
Kodama #77. Enter the destroyed building through the hole in the side, then go rigth and climb the hey stacks to get to the wall outside where you can find the Kodama.
Kodama #78. On a rooftop on your left as you make your way down the side of the hill.
Shijo (1 Kodama)
Kodama #79. Go through the burned out on the left to find the Kodama on the other side.
Sanjo (0 Kodamas)
No Kodama in this area.
Gion (1 Kodama)
Kodama #80. Hit the rock on the well.
Kiyomizu (4 Kodamas)
Kodama #81. Found on the rocks behind the Lesser Crucible.
Kodama #82. Under the bridge.
Kodama #83. After using the Spirit Vein that takes you to the shrine, turn right and jump to the roof to find the Kodama on top.
Kodama #84. From the Main Hall Stage shrine, drop down below the Spirit Vein you used to get here to find the Kodama.
Shirakawa (2 Kodama)
Kodama #85. Use the Spirit Vein to the south to reach the small area where the Kodama is found.
Kodama #86. At the end of the side path on the large “bridge” covered with webs.
Nijo Castle (3 Kodamas)
Kodama #87. Around the left side of the cut off area.
Kodama #88. Jump to the wooden structure on the left at the bottom of the stairs, then drop through the hole to find the Kodama.
Kodama #89. Found next to the chest on the second floor, which unlocks by finishing the Enemy Camp. You can reach it by using the Spirit Vein and then dropping down to the window below.
Mibu (1 Kodama)
Kodama #90. Found infront of the chest that ulocks once you clear the enemy base.
Kyoto Imperial Palace (2 Kodamas)
Kodama #91. Exit the enemy camp through the door on the right after clearing it to find the Kodama on the rocks outside.
Kodama #92. Hit the rock on the well.
