You can get the “Dogged Justice” trophy / achievement in the “Fall Of The Corrupted Eunuch” main mission.
First you will have to get the dungeon key. This can be found in a cell to the left of the battle flag in the lower area with the purple water in the first big open area.
Once you have the key, make your way back up to where you first enter the big area with cells. To your left you will see a locked cell with an NPC inside. Open the cell with the dungeon key and talk to the NPC to get the “Dogged Justice” trophy / achievement.
