Duskfade Lantern Port All Collectible Locations
This guide will show you where to find every collectible in Lantern Port. None are missable, and you can return here at any time, even after finishing the main story. It is recommended that you clean up the collectibles after finishing the story, since you will need certain Metroidvania style abilities to reach some areas and collectibles. These abilities are all obtained automatically as you play through the main story.
Flask of Dye #1. At the start of the level, head down the street to the left. Use the grinding rail on the left side and keep an eye out for some platforms on your left at the end of the rail, where you'll find the collectible.
Upgrade Gear #1. Continue down the same street and use the grinding rail to reach the purple door at the end. Inside, get to the end of the platforming section to find the gear.
N1-C0in #1. Return to the start of the level where the NPC is and ride the grinding rail down the street on your left (straight ahead from the start). Ride it to the end and it'll give you enough height to reach the coin on the platforms on the side of the buildings.
Clock Heart Piece #1. Continue through the level until you get to the fast travel point. Go past it and under the giant golden cog to find an NPC on the docks. From here, go left and cross the platforms to reach a small island with a buried chest on it. The heart piece can be found inside.
Flask of Dye #2. From the previous collectible, turn around and jump up the rocky platforms to the left of the NPC, then look for a bouncy flower on the side of the rock just before you get back to the NPC on the docks. Use it to reach the lone island. From there, use the bouncy flower on the right side and cross over to the back of the island, where you'll find the flask on some boxes in the water.
N1-C0in #2. Return to the fast travel point and you'll see an NPC next to a scarecrow with a pumpkin head. From here, go left through the cog and climb the rock towers where the fish flags are. At the top, fly through the booster rings to reach the lone circular island. Defeat the enemies, then use the bouncy flower to reach the coin on the rocks.
Star Core Fragment #1. Continue through the level until you reach the island with the large circular structures passing over the top, plus the windmill. Grapple onto the windmill to reach the top, where you'll find the Star Core Fragment.
Upgrade Gear #2. After the island with the previous collectible, you'll reach an area with buildings and water below. In this section, look out for a tower in the middle with a grappling point on the left of it. Use it and swing right to land on a rooftop. From there you'll see the gear on a nearby column.
Music Box #1. At the end of the section with the buildings in water, you'll see some stairs heading up to the next area. Before using them, go left to find a wall you can climb. At the top, turn around to reach the arches above. From here you can get to the platform above the wall you just climbed. Then jump over the stairs we mentioned before to find the music box.
N1-C0in #3. Now use the stairs to get to the next area. At the fountain, head down the street to the left and destroy the crystals at the end to find the collectibles on the other side.
