Duskfade Mount Cinder All Collectible Locations
This guide will show you where to find every collectible in Mount Cinder. None are missable, and you can return here at any time, even after finishing the main story. It is recommended that you clean up the collectibles after finishing the story, since you will need certain Metroidvania style abilities to reach some areas and collectibles. These abilities are all obtained automatically as you play through the main story.
Echo #1. At the very start, jump up the first rocks and then look left.
Flask of Dye #1. In the same open area as the previous Echo, look for some rocks you can jump across on the right side, almost opposite the Echo.
Broken Stained Glass #1. On the right side of the same area as the previous two collectibles, a little further forwards than the Flask.
Star Core Fragment #1. After the previous collectible you will reach an area with spinning flames on the platforms. The collectible can be found in the chest just below the first platform with a spinning flame.
N1-C0in #1. Just below the third platform with spinning flames.
Rainbow Ingot #1. After the previous collectible you will see a valley filled with lava on your left. Use the grappling hooks to go through it. At the end you will see the collectible in the chest on your right.
Upgrade Gear #1. Go back through the lava valley and continue through the level by climbing up the walls marked with white. From the top of these walls, turn around and use your grappling to reach the gear.
Music Box #1. Continue through the level until you reach another lava lake with a metal grated platform. Here, look left and jump through the gap in the flames to get to the platform with the collectible on it.
Upgrade Gear #2. In the same lava lake as the previous collectible, return to the metalic grated platform and advance forward a little. Then, look to the left side where you will see two metallic platforms on the side of the cliff. The gear will be on the upper one.
N1-C0in #2. Climb up from the previous collectible to the Fast Travel Point and you will see a booster you can fly through to reach the castle in the distance. Once there, defeat the enemies and then continue to get the coin at the end.
Upgrade Gear #3. Return to the lava lake where the previous collectibles were and continue forwards. You will soon see a purple door on the cliff on the right side. Use the cogs to reach it and go through it with the Stopwatch ability. Get to the end of the platforming section to get the gear.
N1-C0in #3. Once you reach the area with the massive spinning metal plates, follow it around clockwise until you get to the small long ledge with orange crystal on it. The chest will be burried on this ledge.
Echo #2. At the top of the walls you climb up to exit the area with the massive spinning metal plates.
