You can start this quest by examining the note on the wall at Francescas house in Beverly Hills after finishing the “Body Art: Vigor” side quest.
To finish this side quest you will need to get 3 Mutated Hearts. You can get these from Mutators. You can find a Mutator Hot Spot in The Metro area. Go there, kill the Mutator and if you are lucky you will get some Mutated Hearts. If not, just fast travel to any other region and come back for it to respawn.
Once you have 3 Mutated Hearts, place them in the bucket near the note to finish the quest.
