To get the “Make It So” trophy / achievement you will need to finish Sarah’s questline. Below you can find the location of all the quests
It Came From Monarch Studios. Answer the radio in Ocean Avenue after finishing the “The Giant Slayer” story quest.
The Terror Of Sound Stage 7. Answer the radio in Beverly Hills after finishing the “It Came From Monarch Studios” side quest and the “Blood Drive” story quest.
Beacon Of Hope. Available in Hollywood Boulevard after finishing the main story and the “Terror Of Sound Stage 7” side quest. Once you finish this quest you will get the “Make It So” trophy / achievement.
