To get the “Gore Horse” trophy / achievement you will have to finish the Body Art questline (Body Art: Visionary > Body Art: Heft > Body Art: Moist > Body Art: Uproar > Body Art: Vigor > Body Art: Dread > Body Art: The Unveiling). Click on the name of the quest to find a guide! Once you finish them all you will get the “Gore Horse” trophy. Remember to also pick up the legendary weapon that Francesca drops.
