You can start this quest by examining the note on the wall at Francescas house in Beverly Hills after finishing the “Body Art: Moist” side quest.
To finish this side quest you will need to get 5 Infected Spines. You can get these from Screamers. You can find a Screamer Hot Spot to the south of Francescas house. Go there, kill the screamer and if you are lucky you will get some Infected Spines. If not, just fast travel to any other region and come back for it to respawn.
Once you have 5 Infected Spines, place them in the bucket near the note to finish the quest.
