To get the “Donk!” trophy / achievement you will have to hit a zombie by throwing a melee weapon from 35+ meters away. I recommend you go to an open area like The Pier or Ocean Avenue and look for a zombie that is feeding on another corpse or at least standing still. Then, aim far above the zombie and throw the weapon. Make sure you are throwing a knife or a light weapon since they will fly further.
