After finishing Hana’s questline (The Rav-Ages Of Caustic-X > Boz Makes A Bang > Dez And The Mother Of Satan) you will get the Mystery Goodie-Box key. To find the box, go to the fast travel of Ocean Avenue, turn around and go through the glass door. Then, go left to find the goodie-box at the end near the window. Inside you will find the Shark Tooth unique weapon.
