You can start this quest by examining the note on the wall at Francescas house in Beverly Hills after finishing the “Body Art: Visionary” side quest.
To finish this side quest you will need to get 5 Oversized Arm Bones. You can get these from Crushers. You can find a Crusher Hot Spot to the south of Francescas house. Go there, kill the crusher and if you are lucky you will get some Oversized Arm Bones. If not, just fast travel to any other region and come back for it to respawn.
Once you have 5 Oversized Arm Bones, place them in the bucket near the note to finish the quest.
