To start the “The Clean And The Snatch” lost and found quest, pick up the file on the crate in the pool in Beverly Hills.
You will then have to pick up 3 files in the pools around Beverly Hills.

Once you have all 3 notes you will have to go to the pool at the GOAT pen in Bel-Air and kill Obi The Pool Guy. He will then drop the key to open the box in the pool that started the quest. Open it to finish the quest.
